App One Terms and Data Use Acknowledgement. App One is a student workflow tool and is not an official authority for school, instructor, platform, course, academic integrity, AI, or collaboration policy.
Academic responsibility. You are responsible for following all applicable school, instructor, platform, and course rules. You must review your own work before submission and accept responsibility for academic, account, or platform consequences that may result from your use of App One.
User content and uploads. Information you provide or upload, including account information, course materials, homework files, answers, prompts, workspace instructions, and generated outputs, is used only to provide, operate, secure, and improve App One features for your account.
Confidentiality. App One will not sell your content or intentionally disclose your uploaded information, homework, answers, or private workspace data to other users or third parties, except when needed to run features you request, when you direct or authorize sharing, to maintain security and service reliability, or when required by law.
Use limitations. Do not upload information you are not authorized to use or share. App One may make mistakes, and you remain responsible for verifying outputs, decisions, submissions, and policy compliance.
